What this guide covers

The For users section walks through finding a trial the way a patient, caregiver, or oncologist would: opening Advanced Search or Chat, picking your priority countries, refining filters, and understanding the bucketed result list.

The For administrators section documents the surfaces operators use to keep the system honest: the Settings page (AI models, exclusions), the curation versioning system (umbrella terms, aliases), the pipeline-run dashboard, the QA-findings queue, and the per-trial editor.

Every page is short and to the point. Each ends with an "Engineer's note" linking the deeper engineering doc in the repo.
